Pricing Questions
What does "zero transaction fees" mean?
Growing Grounds charges no platform percentage on any transaction — donations, ticket sales, store purchases, or subscriptions. Only Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30c) apply, and we do not mark them up.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing is available at a discount ($468/yr for Sprout, $948/yr for Bloom). Cancel anytime — your data is always exportable.
Can booster clubs use the same account as our PTO?
Yes. PTOs and booster clubs at the same school can share one Growing Grounds instance with separate budgets, committees, and fund tracking.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with the Seed plan at no cost. When you're ready for online payments, fundraising, or a larger member base, upgrade to Sprout or Bloom. Your data and history carry over.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and ACH via Stripe. For District plans, we also support invoicing and purchase orders.
What happens if we exceed 50 members on Seed?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt. Your existing data and setup are preserved — just upgrade to Sprout for unlimited members and full features.
